Cooking Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 24 hours

ABOUT
You’ve probably seen these soy-marinated eggs in Japanese ramen, but Korea takes the flavor up a notch. We pack the marinade with garlic, green onion, and chili peppers for a much richer, vibrant punch. In fact, they're so dangerously addictive that in Korea, they're called Mayak Gyeran—literally, drug eggs
INGREDIENTS
5 egg
100g soy sauce
100g water
50g sugar
1tsp minced garlic
green onion
chili
METHOD
Boil the water
Put egg in Boiling water and turn it to low heat
Simmer it for 6 min 30 secs
Submerge the eggs in cold water to cool them down and peel the eggs
Make sauce with mixing soy sauce, water, sugar, minced garlic, green onion and chili
Put the eggs in sauce and put it in fridge for a hour
You can enjoy when you want :)
NOTES
I recoomend you finish it in 3~4 days
Bring the leftover marinade soy sauce to a boil, and you can reuse it. Use it for another batch of marinated eggs, or as a flavorful substitute for regular soy sauce in any dish
